is tyre wear visible?
No, Assetto Corsa doesn’t support dynamic visible tyre wear, however we included in the mod a tyre texture pack with different colors and different wear levels.
Only did few laps and it’s already my favourite in AC, great job guys!

You have to put the folders inside the “skins” folder.
Would you ever consider running a series where we can race with these cars? Obviously I understand if you wouldn’t but I would love to compete in a series with these.

I understand your proposal, but our focus is on creating content. There are many virtual leagues/communities around, I guess you’ll eventually find one that runs our car.

When I try to start a session with the car, the game goes again to main menu, why happens this?
That’s strange. Have you tried to run a Steam integrity check?
I also have this problem, ran integrity check and it didn’t help.
Did you follow the installation instructions? There shouldn’t be any issue…

i think bleu is ers but the other one???
The other one is the maximum deployment avaiable per lap, which is 4 MJ.
This mod is great but I do not understand how I install the “Tire Color and Damage Pack”

It’s explained in the ReadMe.txt, I copy here the process:
“Tyre Colour and Damage Pack
Formule_Forza_X_V1.4_Tyre_Colour_Damage_Pack.zip
• Select either the 1K or 2K textures (with 2K being of higher quality)
• Select your damage level from the 01_DAMAGE_TEAD_TEX folder
• Add any RSS_NM.png contained in the folder here and add them inside your car’s skins/skin_name folder:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\RSS_CAR_FOLDER_NAME/skins/ANY_SKIN_FOLDER
• For colours, select a colour from the 01_DAMAGE_TEAD_TEX folder and add all these various texture files to your car’s skins/skin_name folder:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\RSS_CAR_FOLDER_NAME/skins/ANY_SKIN_FOLDER”
Do you mean to open all the folders included in the package and copy all the content of every folder into the same place
I’m not sure how to explain it better than above; having said that this is something optional, you don’t have to install anything from the tyre pack if you don’t want to.
I’m also confused by this, what do you mean select your damage level? Also, in the 01_DAMAGE_TEAD_TEX folder, there is only RSS_NM
You don’t have to install anything regarding tyre damage levels if you don’t want, it’s something for those who want to see different tyre wear in game.

You can lock the visual steering wheel to 180º, it’s explained in the readme file. But yeah we are looking for a solution for a future update.

• Copy the ‘content’ folder in this archive to:

This will ensure you have installed the fonts and the textures as well as the cars.”
After installation I wanted to try the mod but the car doesn’t have any sound. What should be the issue?

I got this car yesterday and it really is of amazing quality.
Though the ERS modes (for race: low/medium/high) seem not very realistic for me. As of now the power increases with speed and is also influenced by throttle.
But the more efficient way would be to use more power on acceleration and fade out the power at higher speeds. Having the extra power on acceleration brings a bigger time advantage than high power at the end of straights for a bit higher top speeds.
I still don’t understand the tire damage textures?
Is it just for appearance or can the game actually display different damage textures depending on how badly the tire is worn?
It’s just for appearance, the game doesn’t support (visual) dynamic wear.
I only have the normal one. I can’t get the ons with a shake fin. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately Assetto Corsa doesn’t support different colors for different compounds, so it’s just one color for all.

Hey, at first I also wanna say that the this mod is by far my favourite mod of all times.
The model looks great, the phyics are sweet and the car sounds brutal.
However I’m not sure if it’s me or my speakers (Sennheiser Urbanite xl/ Creative T20 II) but I am getting headaches of that super high pitched electric engine sound.
Is there any way to filter the high pitch out without mismatching the car ?
I see that also Agustin Vivo was here. If you make a collabortaion pls set the 4k textures as default because they look great. :p 😀
Talking of skins. I even started to make my first own skin. You can also see that the arms of the driver look a bit outside the carmodel if you steer too much, but I guess this is already known.

Hi Nico, did you install the mod as explained in the Readme file? To me it sounds like you simply copy pasted the cars folder… you should copy paste the entire content folder.

No, that’s irrelevant. Try running a Steam Integrity test:
Open your Steam games library, right click on Assetto Corsa and select “Properties”. Click “local files” and then “verify integrity of Game cache”.
Let me know if it works.
I also have a huge problem with AI on tracks added from this website: http://assettocorsa.club/en/tracks.html… the AI seems to be going all over the place or actually stopping on track during a race… is there something i should check or fix? i see a lot of races posted on youtube with added tracks coming from this website…and AI seems to be working fine.

We only test the cars in official Kunos tracks, sorry.

Yeah, but we don’t know if 3rd party tracks have proper AI lines etc. That’s why we only try to make them work in Kunos official tracks.

Hello guys, very nice mod so well done! However I’m kinda new to this so I need some help to importing the files in the right places for it to work…
I have downloaded both the “Mega” & “Mediafire” files & tried in different ways to putting them into the contect/cars folder on my pc but when I go onto the game it’s recognising something is there because it pops up with a file saying “unknown” in the cars section. It also lets me select it however the screen is just blank from there, just the normal game mode surroundings
If anyone can help me as soon as possible that would be very much appreciated, also I haven’t seem to have found the part where you have to purchase it either so I’m rather confused lol

It looks like you downloaded the templates. To download the mod, you have to purchase it (http://racesimstudio.com/shop). You also have the install instructions in the car profile page (at the bottom: http://racesimstudio.com/formula-hybrid-2017-profile).
Hello guys, you’ve made an awesome car and it drives like its on rails. But I have 1 question for you guys? Will there be an update for the Ai? As far as I have seen, the AI always redlines in the first 5 gears I believe, which costs them around 5 seconds a lap. Cheers

Just one thing, now we need tracks with 4K textures, cause for me all F1 tracks for rF2 or AC are really ugly.
UHD is now the new standard, 1080p is outdated specially if we use triple 40″ 4K…..
